Don't work for this company, unorganized and treat nurses horribly. They make nurses run around all over Brampton, Malton, Bolton, Caledon, Alton, Orangeville in 1 shift, often having to make double trips to the same area, no regard for nurses safety especially during bad weather conditions. They don't hold patients accountable for how they treat nurses, instead blame nurses for eveything. They under pay nurses, they tell you when your hired 20.50 an hour but really your getting paid by the number of patients you see and also they give each patient a time slot depending on their needs, so for example if you see a patient with a time slot of 30 minutes, they will pay you 10.25 for that visit and I'd like to add they are getting OVER 60.00 per visit made by nurse from the LHIN. This is exactly why there is sucha huge turn over with nurses working for this company. You get paid PENNIES and have to do double the work, and work doesnt stop once you get home!, once your home you have to order supplies and submit reports. When work is slow, your often seeing 2-3 patients a day and office will force you to go out and work for 3 hours. Office workers also have no knowledge in the medical field. Huge turn over in the office as well. You will also find management bullying you to make visit for care you have no knowledge of, they dont care about your license! Stay away from sucha organization, not worth it to work here!

*Phones were out of oder for over 24 hrs. *Psw don't show up for clts. *Clts are not changed nor washed b4 bed. *Psw don't know enough to remove pressure socks before bed they were left on a clt and clt fell in the night. *psw vary rude to staff and family members. *psw lack in all areas of kindness and care and compation. *psw do not spend enough time with clts Over all I would not allow this company to care for any one . Vary sad case for a company to say they care for seniors.
Lazy company, lazy management, failed company..not sure why anybody would want their family to be cared by anybody who is linked to Saint Elizabeth..such a terrible company and horrible PSW and nurses in general. Avoid this place !!!!
