I just had an incredible experience at Scaddabush square one there is one individual who really should be recognized for his courteous professionalism and friendliness he dealt with the us with a lot of attention to detail and our family so appreciates it it's people like Chris the manager who make this dining experience even through curbside pick up that much more worthwhile... so big shout out to Chris thank you very much for your service we hope you enjoy the start of the new year thank you Chris! Seriously this guy needs a promotion ! He represents the restaurant really well

Amazing location!! I went with my family for a quick lunch after the mall and the food was amazing compared to other locations. The staff were polite and friendly. It was completely empty due to covid and they separated each table very far from each other. We felt safe enough to dine in.

When my friend suggested Scaddabush, I was not too keen on going. I expected another major Italian food franchise like Boston Pizza that would offer a sub-standard dining experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Everything from the service to the food was spectacular. I was happy to see that all safety protocols were being properly followed. We were seated on the lively patio and were given ample time to read through the menu. Our server made excellent recommendations and even went out of way to ensure that the meal met all of our dietary restrictions. My Basil Pesto Shrimp Fettuccine was rich in both sauce and taste. The pasta quality was fantastic and actually felt fresh! It wasn’t too starchy and tasted authentic. I also loved the Hazelnut Zucca Ravioli- the flavour was incredibly unique and surprisingly tasty for a rather sweet main dish. I will definitely be returning for that dish alone! My overall experience was wonderful and I look forward to coming back and trying some new dishes!

Ordered delivery and was not worth the price. Felt cheated when the requested and paid items were not followed. It seems deliveries are not important and the kitchen pays more attention to in-house orders. Trying to support businesses in times like this.. The food arrived cold, packaging was open and missed instructions. I requested extra chicken for 6 6 pieces. The pasta requested was gluten free and was definitely not gluten free. Don't recommend delivery, maybe in-house service is better.

Always loved Scaddabush pre-covid. Higher end prices but worth the delicious food (especially the mozzarella!) and the atmosphere. Post-covid i've only done a takeout order- again food was great, but I suggest including cutlery in any takeout orders or asking if it's required because our group discovered the no cutlery after arriving at the park and had to scrounge for some! Also they included extra sauce which was very kind, but it wasn't the same sauce as the dish I ordered (the sauce had meat and I ordered a vegetarian dish) and was not labelled. Interested to see how the dine-in experience is now :)
