This place is closed only by on line web. They did post it or put any advertiser. No Nice!! I went all the way there for this unbelievable
Very helpful sales people. Extremely friendly. They were very honest about what I needed and actually saved me money by not selling me anything I didn't need for my setup.
When I pay for delivery to my door i don't think it's too much to expect it to show up at my door. a month after i never got anything i called them. lady on the phone gave me a hard time that it was my fault that i didn't track the delivery. i was supposed to have picked it up from the depot. she was not concerned that i never got any notice. it's my fault the package was not delivered to my door as i paid for. had i not called they would have been happy keeping my purchase and my money.

Excellent service. I came in for a DB8e installed it and works great. The customer service was excellent. The man and the lady behind the counter were very pleasant. In and out all smiles. Will shop there again.
I've had great service. They actually convinced me to buy a less expensive (110 less) antenna for our cottage that the one I was intending to purchase. The DB8e I purchased subsequently for our home works much better than I expected. I've found them knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
This company is great! Fabulous customer service and support. They are very knowledgable and help you get exactly what you need. I set up two homes with digital television all with there help, one in Brampton and one in Niagara falls. Both work extremely well. And Yeh! No cable bill!
