Dr. Trupti's consultation made a positive impact on my girls' opinion about natural therapies. After having tried the regular route for many years without success the girls have finally taken to ayurveda for cure. As a mother who has been trying to convince them on how powerful and scientific Ayurveya is , i am very excited about this good start and i am sure they will see results soon. Thanks Dr. Trupti :-)

I have been suffering from really bad heal and neck pain, and truth be told, have tried various types of medication that simply didn’t work. All I needed to do was book an appointment with Dr. Nitin Nair (which I wish I did much earlier). He is a very capable Physiotherapist and knows his stuff pretty well. He takes a very holistic approach to treatment and ensures that the pain is relieved. He gives exercises that work for you and suggests sitting postures that worked like magic (he even asked for a photo of my work space just to assess how it is currently and recommend changes). He is detail oriented and has great passion for the job. Highly recommended 10/10! Thank you very much!
I can't tell how much happy I am! I was glad to consult with Dr. Trupthi as she was ready to listen to the problem and digged into the root causes of the real issue. Gave me just enough Ayurvedic medicine to make myself better and completely fine within two weeks time. The best part is she was vigilant in following up with me about my current condition. Thank you Santhigram Kerala Ayurveda! I have been around many places in Canada who advertised as ‘authentic Kerala’ Ayurveda , but later realized that it’s just for bringing in clients. Many of practitioners in this field have no knowledge of what the patient wants. I have been to places where one medicine is given for multiple ailments and when asked, they have no answer. Thank you Dr Trupti for taking time out to explain my condition and providing me guidance on the management. This is the best centre I have been and I would highly recommend everyone to visit the centre once. Thank you!
I recently stumbled across this abode and instantly got transported. I went in there for chronic low back pain, but left with an understanding and appreciation for the art of Ayurveda and the lifestyle changes that come with it. Instead of treating my symptom, I got around to improving my gut system, my hair, my skin, and my overall phlegm production in my body. I learned the tools and skills to be able to hear my body and adjust in order to get rid of my external symptoms of illness. I recommend everyone to this place now, and have even got my husband to check it out! We are now sending our in laws to Kerala for the Authentic experience! Love this place. The staff are so informative and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The sauna is my favorite part!
Excellent service. I used to have back and shoulder pain and tried lot of treatments but nothing worked. I started therapy here and I can say my pain is completely gone now. Dr.Trupti is excellent she gave me a new life. This means a lot to me. I can’t say in words after so many years in pain and now I am totally relieved after the therapy. I am fully satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this place. Thanks a lot
No words to express my sincere thanks to DR. TRUPTI. I’ve been suffering from Ulcer and IBS for over 10 years and when it reached to its peak recently and by gods grace I found SANTHIGRAM and DR. TRUPTI. Excellent service and caring. She explained me the nature of my body and provided me with a diet plan, within a week I could see tremendous change in my body. And I am grateful, how good of her to inquire about health updates of her clients and to respond fast for any queries over the phone or messages as well. And I like it they deliver medicines to your home . Lot of thanks and fully satisfied and highly recommended ️
Amazing centre and great staff! Went in for chronic condition and was a bit skeptic but blown away by the results. Highly recommend getting an Ayurvedic consultation to know your body type. I have visited Kerala and the setup at the centre reminds me of the panchakarma centres in Kerala. Coming back for sure!
