Was a patient for 15 years, the 1 Star is not for Doctor Han or his hygienists, they’re all great! However, the receptionist Anya?? Ranya?? - she’s VERY rude and unprofessional. I had rescheduled an appointment twice due to overtime, the day that I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged. I sat down and shortly after the receptionist began gossiping about me and how I was late to the appointment when I was CLEARLY in front of her! She then proceeded to call my phone and inform me that I was 3 minutes late .. AGAIN, I was right in front of her.. please consider hiring someone competent.
Where others have failed Dr.Han does the opposite My first experience was a major dental job that he performed on me back in 2001 which helped me become a finalist in Toronto Sun’s first ever sexy man contest LOL. Fast forward 18 years and have seen other dentists since then ( nothing to do with Dr. Han’s 18 year old work ) To make a long story short , I live in Newmarket Ontario and from now on I will Trust only Dr. Han even though I have to travel to Mississauga to see him and his wonderful and very professional staff. Because the others just don’t cut it !! Or they cut too much OUCH ! Keep up the good work Dr.Paul Han and staff
Dr. Han and his team have never failed to provide me with top shelf service for over 20 years.
Dr Hans ruined my teeth :( he is not a bad person but I don't think he is professional and qualified.p
