Very nice staffs. Both the guy and the lady were very helpful. It is my first time buying running shoes from Running Room store and this place is much better than the one in Whitby because of good customer service. These shoes are very comfy for my long runs. I just wish they are little cheaper. I will definitely come back if im around this area.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Meghan was helping us get the shoes we needed with ease. We had a lot of specifications and they were handled perfectly. We ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes and a windbreaker. One of the pairs did not come in the colour we wanted, so Meghan ordered them to be delivered to our house. She was very friendly and knew exactly how to handle the problems and specifications we had. Massive shoutout to Meghan!

The staff here were very helpful and patient. I had a hard time deciding which shoes to go for as it was the first time for me in stability shoes. But the staff, including the person who dealt with me directly, were very patient and alleviated any doubts I had. So far I’ve run 400km in the NB 860 v10 shoes they recommended (which I bought in June) and I’m happy to say I’ll be coming here for my next week pair. Due to the pandemic they had less options, but that was the case for every store in the GTA.
Husband had plantar fasciitis and his doctor recommended new shoes. Excellent customer service helped us locate the best new shoes... Expensive at 200 but we know they are good shoes. Staff are very educated and also suggested some type of plantar fasciitis strap/wrap (50) that also helped. Great experience. Will go back for any running needs.
