Great service, moved from Milton, Ontario to Houston Texas, dealt with John Ho, very responsive and helpful explained the whole processes in detail. It took little longer than expected just because of COVID other than that the move was very smooth.
used their service to move my container from depot and to my house, including emptying the container and putting all the stuff inside the house. these guys were on the job, checking on the documentation, tracking the container and making sure i got my customs clearance right. the movers were polite and professional. they took great care with all the boxes and ulnoaded them to all the locations i asked for, without any complaints. before finalizing with these guys, i had called and connected with several other moves/forwarders, but the response of those guys was dismal. i would use John's services again, and highly recommend their work. thank you for making our move so stress free.
I hired Royal Moving and Storage to pack up my belongings in readiness for shipping to the UK. John was always very courteous and prompt in getting back to me with advice and answering any questions I had. When packing up my things I found his team to be extremely punctual, polite and very professional in wrapping up my belongings. I would definitely recommend this company for your move.
Ive used Royal Moving twice now, once for an international move, once for local move. John and his team are professional, respond in a timely manner, and most importantly, care is taken in handling the cargo. John even arranged to pick up all moving boxes once we unpacked everything.
