OMG no one answers the phone there and its consistent that way. I can spend part of a day trying to get thru. Always goes to voice mail. All departments. If you can't get thru to anyone I consider that POOR service. If I was the manager I would make it mandatory to pick up calls. Put them on hold OK, but pick the dam calls up. I should have to call 10 times to connect to someone. Gotta find a new dealer...

Reasonably well stocked. Friendly service. Could use more well informed sales staff for bikes.
Submitted an online request for service booking for a recall on my bike along with a few other things I wanted to get done. Nobody contacted me and its been over 2 weeks lol If they can't even do that right then I don't trust them with my bike. Took my business to Vos Motors and they were very helpful.
People manning the phones seem to get a kick out of being less than helpful. Called today and asked if they could source Suziki car parts. Immediate response (with a bit of tone), was to inform me that Suzuki vehicles haven't been available in Canada for 7 years. I guess that means that they couldn't help. Any way dealing with Scarborough Suzuki was a treat.
Plenty of service and sales staff. Motorcycle mechanic is especially helpful. Prices are high, as you would expect at a dealership, but service is thorough. They don't have much stock, so make sure you call ahead and order your parts before attempting to go there for service on your vehicle. Chain service does not include chain cleaning, just lube and adjustment.
Waited 45min on hold to find out you cant order parts over phone. Why have a phone line then. Order your parts on line from from US Trump is smarter than there order desk. I offered to pay up front but couldnt. Bobs motor sports took order no problem.
