I called Jenna to help me out with a racking mess that another company had left me with. Jenna came to my facility in short order to assist us with our issues. I found Jenna very professional, knowledgeable and most of all eager to help out. I was looking for proper weight signage on my racks and Jenna told me she would have them for me the next day. While Jenna was here I thought I would show her some of my other issues with our racking. Jenna told me she would have a quote to me quickly and be ready to fix our issues whenever we were ready. To her word she had a quote to me that afternoon. All good. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenna to anyone requiring racking solutions for their facilities. Craig
I have been working for racked out for a little over five months and in this time I've been welcomed with open arms by the entire staff and feel as though i am right at home. Currently racked out is a growing company with big opportunities. It's a great company to work for and all of the people in the field are great people to work with.
Probably the Best company when it comes to large and small warehouse racking needs. Jenna is quick in her responses and gets the job done....no questions asked! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, their prices are sharp too! They're my go-to company for all of my racking needs.
Would never use them again, service was terrible. Took forever to complete what should've been a routine job and had significant cost overruns form what I was initially quoted
