I never thought I would get such great and professional service from a dry cleaners, since most places don’t understand customer service. The management team clearly understands how to take care of their clients clothing. I had 2 blazers refitted due to COViD eating Fits like a glove! Great work! Just picked up my Mackage parka coat! Looks like brand new and nicely packaged. Came all the way from Windsor couldn't trust any other dry cleaner, other places they have no idea how to clean 1500 coat with leather and fur. Amazing staff and owner very professional! Sharing some pictures because they deserve to spread the word. Highly recommended!
Excellent service and value. Had my wedding gown cleaned and preserved by Quality Care Cleaners. Had called many other places to inquire about the cleaning and preservation and most places have no idea what they are talking about and I felt nervous giving my dress. At this cleaner they are so professional and they showed me a sample for the wedding box. I had my dress preserved in a beautiful gold box. Excellent price for the value and quality you get. I highly recommend this place for all dry cleaning services!

I brought in a wool sweater to be dry cleaned. When picking it up, it felt like it was coated in fabric conditioner and very unpleasant to the touch. It also left for stretching and somehow was returned shorter than it arrived. The owner reacher out to me and was happy to offer a refund for the service. It is great to know that the company works hard to ensure all clients are happy with the services. Although it didn't work out for my sweater, I am pleased with the level of customer service and effort to rectify the situation.
