Just a shout out the the amazing team at Premier Mississauga. We had a DEF issue that was originally thought as minor on one of our Western Star trucks. We arrived with a loaded tanker with HOT product that had an urgency to deliver. Paul in service understood the need of a immediate repair. He took the truck in right away although they were busy. The foreman Kyle jumped on the job immediately. Here is the catch...HE worked on it for quite awhile OUTSIDE in the -10 weather. Something you don't see at many dealerships. In the end they had to unhook the unit and bring it inside as the repair needed to be done indoors. They kept me informed and got our driver on his way as soon as possible to get the important load delivered. THANK YOU PAUL AND KYLE for your professional/instant service when we were in desperate need .

Really inadequate service at parts counter. Its better to drive down Milton at Metro truck parts. They are always short staff. May be need new management to take over . Thats why may be their employees turnover is really high as well. Only one guy was Helping customers. Other were busy with their own chores. I really urge the Company controller to look into this very seriously If they want to be in business if they care. Otherwise, They will be in deficit soon. They should have atleast 4-5 Guys at counter. Thanks

A very good place to get your needs to be done. We went to repair our truck.the front desk person, Paul is polite and knowledgeable person. Understands the problem on truck properly and wrote down it clearly for the mechanic, in returning the truck it is easy to check with him for the repairs done. He is a nice person to talk. The repairs are also done perfectly. Thank you for the team.

Worst service ever at the Parts counter Especially on Saturday. I am standing in the line for nearly 1 hour. There is only one Guy serving at the Counter, who knows nothing, what he is doing. Big line people's waiting shown in the pictures attached. No body at the Counter.
