This place is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to everyone! When you come here, you are part of a community and all levels are welcome! There are a variety of classes to choose from, ranging from a serious workout to stretching and restoring the body. The instructors are very knowledgeable and assist in ensuring you are doing the poses correctly.

Had always wanted to try Hot Yoga, so I decided to call a number of studios in Mississauga. After a few minutes on the phone I knew this was the one. Incredible management, and incredible instructors. As a complete beginner I felt as if I was welcomed to find my own pace. During the COVID shut down, Instructors and management continually are engaged in the community. Highly impressed in how genuine this studio really is. Thank you! Truly an amazing business.
Power Yoga Canada Mississauga is a beautiful space to practice yoga at. The staff is very welcoming, the teachers are very knowledgeable and encouraging and they really emphasize that you are ready now!
