My daughter was seeing a therapist here for 3-4 months (video conferencing due to lock down). I never got any updates or information as to what her diagnosis was. When I called the doctor (phone number on the invoices) the doctor told me that she had never heard of my daughter and my daughter was not on her list of Clients. She also told me that the invoice numbers on the invoices Positive Kids had sent me were not hers. I had paid over 800 at this point. Daughter is no better, I have no idea if she was even seeing a qualified professional. I've now lodged an investigation due to these business practices.

I have utmost appreciation for the services offered by Alice and her team at Positive Kids Inc. I must admit, in my experience, there are hardly other child psychotherapists who show such a high level of professionalism. Their services are very client-focused so I’m not very surprised with the tremendous improvement I’ve observed in my wards’ behaviours and emotional intelligence. I will urge them to continue being a great example for others professionals to emulate.

I ' m really happy with the service I've received from Positive Kids. My child has ADHD and there were not a lot of therapy options for services for this population. My son is still seeing his therapist and he's excited to go to his sessions. I see that his self esteem is increasing and I'll probably continue to use these services for quite a big longer.

Giving this place 1 star simply because I could not give it the 0 stars it deserves. I took my daughter to meet with a psychotherapist who was referred by them and the office was a walk in clinic. Very dull and not child-friendly. I was over-charged TWICE even though the first time, they assured me it would not happen again. They sent me an e-transfer without even asking me if it was an acceptable means of refund for me (the money was taken from the credit card they have on file for me and had NOTHING to do with my debit account associated with the e-transfer). I was not informed that they would do this, I was not even asked for my email address for this etransfer, they just took the email they had for me on file and sent the money there without saying a word. If you over-charge me and took the money from my credit card, IT SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE SAME CARD. They don't even accept debit as a form of payment, but decided that they can sent etransfers without even informing clients. I emailed them to express my dissatisfaction and received a two sentence apology. I replied to said email (this was on Friday, January 24, today is Monday, January 27 - they are open on weekends) and they have not bothered to respond. Avoid this place. They obviously care more about the money than they do about clients. If you have any issue with them, don't expect a response either. You can find better for a fraction of the price. I've already seen that they like to respond back to \bad eviews and make excuses, so if you're reading this, I advise to ignore the response from them that is sure to come.

Wonderful programs that are ran professionally and efficiently. They truly know what they are doing and do treat each child as their own. Alice the owner in my experience I found to be honest and very invested in ensuring the kids have the most positive and rewarding outcome with their experience. Positive Kids and truly a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE was had! I most definitely would recommend this company.
