By far the worst experience I have ever had ordering a product with a company. Order went into production without approval. Job was printed incorrectly. Job arrived a month late. Ended up losing money with my own customer. DO NOT USE THEM! First and last time for me! Will NEVER use again. BUYER BEWARE! If I could give them zero stars for the amount of time and money I lost, believe me I would.

I deal with them over the phone, and we are really happy. I think we have done annual orders for a decade now. We have had 3 different sales reps who handle our case. All very nice ladies who don't push anything on you. They do bring in new pens every year, which is nice, and they also send premium pens (not the 4 dollar ones, but the ones below that) as samples which is also nice. Can't think of a complaint, but I do recommend using the sample pen they send you for a few months, it's rare but some of them don't have the best ink cartridges. Over all great company and we have been happy with the prices for past 10 years. The picture below is our pens from 2 or 3 years ago.
We had received a sample in the mail with all of our correct information on it and we liked the quality of the pen. With the sample we received a promo code for a discount on the pens. I had placed the order and we received the incorrect information on the pen. I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke to was Louis and he was incredibly rude and not helpful and basically said it was my error because I placed it online- he was very condescending. All he could offer me was a 10% discount (which doesn't even cover tax) and didn't even offer to ship us a new set of pens with the correct information. We will never order from this company again and we hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
I ordered the pens for the 1st time and regret not ordering them before. All users, myself and my customers are very happy with the quality of the pens. Thanks for the great customer service, too Ewa Wozniak, Holistics
