You do not get what the pictures show. Very poorly maintained appartments. Not recommended, there are better places

Book 3 bedroom condo and check in was easy. Very convenient location. Opposite to square one mall and right at highway. Staff was very helpful and they quickly provided me with extra toiletries and comforters when i needed them. It was full kitchen and we were able to cook during our stay.Thanks to staff specially Gaurav, veda and Sammy. Gagan

I stayed at pelicanstay for 25 days .. I was a wonderful stay.. the property is very good.. and location is one of best in the town. There were some small hiccups in between but Gaurav the main coordinator was superb n very responsive.. if there is any request just go to Gaurav.. it will be done.

I stayed at this location 3880 Duke of York, Mississauga Ontario in condo 2416 from June 4th, 2018 to June 8th 2018 and I was very disgusted with the maintenance of this condo. It was very dirty as you can see by the pictures. The appliances, rugs, furniture and cleanliness of the place does not even rate as a 1 star. I was unable to use the stove. One button fell off the stove and a light on one burner was always lit. Looked like a short to me. As I was searching some other reviews on this location 3880 Duke of York Blvd, I noticed some pictures at a different condo in the same location that were a lot like mine. Dirt, holes and poorly maintained. The place actually smelled. I called the first night and complained about the cleanliness of the place and they ensured me that someone would be up the next day. This did not happened. I then contacted customer service in regards to this matter. I was then told that someone would be up the next day and again no cleaning was done. Some one needs to be held accountable for this poorly maintained property. Property owners beware of Property Management Places that claim to look after your property. Always check up on your investment frequently. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless they see the place personally. So beware of booking online without actually seeing it in person. I should have stayed at Staybridge Suites like I usually do, but this was closer for me to the training that I had to attend. I will know better the next time. Live and Learn.

I stayed at property on March 8th for 2 weeks. 250 security deposit was taken and according to their policy, it should be refunded in one month. Now it has been 4 months I have checked out and I still haven't received my security deposit. I have called the property 5 times and their accounting department is working now. But my return is still in pending. I have called them and write to them but no one responded to me.

Worst place to stay...they dont bother to pick up the calls or respond to the mesg...they don't even provide basic items like toilet rolls...when we asked them that there are no bedsheets and towels...they said it’s getting washed in washing machine..so we had to basically clean the sheets.Their check in time is 3:00 pm ,but we waited for almost two hours and their was no response to where we should go..the key was given to us by some cleaner with no direction to which apartment or building the key belongs to...pathetic service...would suggest never to to go with them.they don't value their customers nor money.
