Fantastic Service - I was having difficulties trying to locate some G2 Polymeric Sand that my contractor recommended. I emailed Peel Landscape Depot and within less than 24 hours, I heard back from Chris from their Georgetown location, informing me that yes, they do carry it. Very impressed with the follow-up time! I went to their Mississauga location to purchase some. Terry served me, took me outside and explained how to use it and showed me how the finished product should look. Though I never bought the G2, I ended up buying a far superior product in my opinion (Techniseal Pro) which gave me much better results. Terry even loaded my car up for me. Thanks guys, will be back and I highly recommend Peel Landscape Depot and Masonry Products!

We have depended on Peel Landscape Depot for the past 5 years for all of our landscaping needs. Their excellent customer service, dedication and patience to helping us find the right stone, rock, protectants, and every other landscape supply (mulch, soil, seed, fertilizer, etc.) has always been appreciated. Their delivery is prompt and reasonable, and their advice is always welcome. Their pricing is fabulous. I have dealt with Matt, Peter, Rick and Brendan over the years, and they are all wonderfully knowledgeable gents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peel Landscape Depot to anyone. Keep up the excellent work!
Peel Lanscaping was not a good experience for me. This was my first time purchasing from them the first delivery no one knew anything about my order. The second delivery has been on backorder I was not told this at the time of purchase. It's been three weeks still waiting for my order. I asked about cancellation I was told the manager will call me back. What person works in a company and does not know there own cancellation policy. The service ridiculous. Will be my first and last time I make a purchase at this location.
So easy to work with. Rick provided great customer service being patient, pleasant and informative. A great experience after being frustrated with other landscaping companies.
Excellent customer support, and there yard is beautiful.
