Peak Form is an excellent clinic where the front desk and therapy team are all wonderful. They focus on true therapy and rehabilitation rather than just throwing you on an ultrasound machine like many other clinics do. Thomas G helped me with a broken tibia get back to walking and now I'm at 100%. Thank you Thom & Mel at the front desk for a great experience.

The location is very clean and easy to find. Brenden Du is a very patient and helpful PT, whose assessment and treatments helped make my daily routines possible again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else experiencing sciatic nerve pain.

An amazing result after few sessions, took 10 in total, Brenden helped me to be relieved from the pain I came with pretty quickly (tendinitis), the magic he did also helped with another problem I had, a finger affected by arthritis was improved significantly so that I can make a good fist now :) Brenden is highly recommended !
