Worse travel agency you can ever find the owner of this agency promoted his product like he is the best in the market but they are big zeros. I purchase tickets from them worth 4000 and after selling they just forgot that they need to deliver customer service after sales. I can call their office like 50 times a day and no one will pick up your call. I have to call directly to airline to get my itenery changed. I even left messages to the owner but he is as ignorant as his staff. So I will suggest don’t buy anything from then everybody will regret their decision there are plenty of good travel agents in the city buy from they but please ignore this agency. Saying presentable things on the radio is very easy but building customers and giving service is entirely different and PARVASI travels is worse at it I seriously regret my decision. Be smart guys don’t fall for their phoney advertising stuff.
