Picked up an online order. Needed one more item. I let them know. I ordered it quickly from my phone. And they took care of it as quick as possible. Called me to come to the door since it was terrible weather. This quick turn around was super helpful since I cannot physically see items I am purchasing and needed to readjust my order.

Lots of selection. Reasonably priced. The place is crazy busy during the Halloween season so shop early. Fun novelty themes for parties. I loved the flamingo things.
Clean and bright. Prepared for social distancing a sad reality of our time. Just wish the staff could check you out much faster
I would not even rate this a one star... I had the worst experience at this location. My friend and I came to this location a few weeks back wanting to purchase balloons and a helium tank. Went to the front to ask if they had this specific type of balloons(shaped like a rainbow). The lady who was helping us looked us up and down... and handed us the big box of what we were looking for. I carried it around the store and my arm got tired because it was heavy as I was looking for more decorations for my party... I had put it down by the front so once I was done I can grab it and pay for it. The lady who handed me the box started following my friend and I around the store... made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Obviously racial profiling us and assuming we were going to steal. We ended up leaving and not purchasing anything from this store. Once we left the store this lady followed us out and took a picture of my car and/or maybe my friend and I? Which is illegal because I did not give consent for her to do so. When asked if there was an issue and why are you taking a picture of my car? She said she did not. Lied straight to our face... and waiting for us to drive away to take a picture of my license plate. If you thought we stole something why wouldn’t you just check the cameras that you have in the store? My friend and I were very offended as we are people of colour and assuming that we went there to steal. We called the store to speak to a manager to inform them what is happening... the same lady answered the phone. Saying she was the manager (Jessica) and we said okay? Is there anyone in a hirer position so we can speak to them about this horrible experience she said to call back tomorrow and ask to speak to someone named Margot? I will never return to this location or any if that’s the type of people that you guys are hiring, especially as a management position.
