Edit: Spoke the the management and they were kindly willing to rectify the very unusual situation. Thank you very much, Krispo. The chicken was hot, fresh and juicy. I highly recommend as easily one of the best fried chicken in all of Ontario.

Ordered some take out from Paramount a few weeks ago for dinner. Had a little issue as they gave us the wrong pizza but they corrected it quickly and efficiently. The pizza was really impressive and their shish tawouk wraps and hummus with beef are always amazing would definitely recommend :)

Pretty disappointed. Spent a good 10 minutes browsing and selecting an order to deliver to a friends family at the hospital (via UberEats). Order cancelled despite being confirmed in the beginning. Had they been transparent upfront, I would have avoided time being wasted. As a result, not only was I left frustrated, the time wasted meant I was unable to order from another restaurant of my choice since it had closed in the meantime. Please be upfront before accepting orders, or advertising open hours.

Food is fresh and amazing, not so much spicy. If you’re fond of South Asian flavour, I mean spicy one then you will not like this food. Big platter is sufficient for 4or5 people. Quiet expensive. Can eat occasionally. Individual platters are also available and pizza options also available. Nice place

Something needs to be done to improve the timeliness of service. Twice I have called to place an order for pick up and twice it has taken over an hour for them to prepare it. I went in to pick it up and had to wait for 40 min because my order hadn’t been started until I come in to pick it up. That should not be happening. The reason I am calling ahead of time is to avoid this in the first place. And I get you’re busy but then give realistic times as to when my food will be ready. When I asked to speak to the manager to voice my concerns, instead of being apologetic, they became defensive and started being stern with me. So disappointed.
