We purchased a Dodge Caravan back in 2016 and the sales associate was helpful, not pushy and didn't try talk us into anything we didn't come there for. It was a smooth pleasant transaction. We purchase the 3rd party warranty that was eligible for a refund if left unused for 5 years. Not only did the sales manager dig my old paperwork up for me because I misplaced an important document needed to claim it, but they also contacted that company on my behalf after they wrongfully denied my claim and were able to get us our refund. 5 years after we purchased from them, they were still happy to help us out and were very prompt about it. Best Dealership EVER

5 years ago, I bought my used truck with third party extended warranty .. had a hard time to claim which I am totally eligible for refund. Thanks for your help Scott to stand up for me to take action to deal with them and got my refund back. Excellent service and quick response for customer like me.. We all had our experiences with car dealers. If there is a problem, many of us put on our fighting hats, hoping that it will pass with minimum losses. That was NOT the case for Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. These guys will go beyond all expectations and will blow you away with a first-class service. As a proof to this testimony, I had them install a Mopar lift Kit on my Jeep JL 2018, and for some reason, I got an older version of the kit while I was hoping for the latest version. Even though the lift kit is under warranty and may not make a difference, I did not feel I got what I wanted and thought of mentioning it. Based on my experience with other dealers in Ontario, I was not sure they would do anything about it, but that is when these guys surprised me and demonstrated a world-class service. They replaced the whole kit in no time at no cost. I was not really after replacement, and I even tried hard to pursue Mr. Luke Kaminski not to do so, but he insisted on doing that as if the car is his own. Hats off to you guys at Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and all the respect to Mr. Luke Kaminski as you are a lighthouse to everyone in the industry. Also, many thanks to Mr. Ayman Makawy, who followed up the whole case. To you guys out there, I bought my Jeep from this dealer, and I recommend you do the same :)
