I won't recommend this place to anyone. I would have given a zero star, if there would have been an option. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance and when I arrived for my appointment (Saturday, Jan 2, 2021), I was told that the message therapist (Ramandeep Kaur) won't be coming and she wont be taking appointments on Saturday's anymore. There was no communication at all from them to inform me in advance about it. It was only when I arrived, the receptionist told me about this. I ended up wasting my time and waited 3 weeks for nothing. This place doesn't value the time of their clients and is highly unprofessional based on my experience. Go somewhere else and avoid this place.

One of the best physiotherapy clinic. These people are not after your insurance money. They treat you so well. Since I was in lot of pain they helped me to recover and now I feel lot better . Thanks New Hope physiotherapy team.
The Malton location is very cozy and relaxing. Extremely caring and well trained staff. Excellent Customer service. Keep up the great job.
All of the staff is friendly and the clinic always have a positive atmosphere. New Hope Physiotherapist's are the best of the best. They are really awesome, and has helped me to manage my pain.
