Staff was super friendly and helpful. Didnt have to wait super long which is a plus during this pandemic. They have social distancing and regular cleaning practices.

I have been here on several occadsions. The staff is professional and friendly. covid protocols were in place. The appointment was very close to being on time. I have nothing negative to say but Thank You for keeping me safe, and for being there!

No complaints about getting X-rays and ultrasound done. However, for X-ray I had to wait for over An hour. When I went to ask how long will it be, I was told they never put my name in the queue after the ultrasound. I would voice your turn if it’s more than 15 mins. It looks spacious but it’s tight inside.

Things that you need to keep in mind once you get to the building. 3 people are allowed in the elevator at a time. You need to wait in line before the receptionist call you and you have to social distance. Once you get called by the receptionist you will be asked for your requisition and covid questionnaire. Then you will be asked to wait outside till they call your name. The ultrasound technician was very nice to me and my daughter I was able to go in with her. The only thing that upset me was some lady that walked by that works there and told me that I need to social distance away from my child while waiting to be seen even thought we are in the same house hold. When I told her we are from the same household she yelled at me and told me that this is a hospital and I need to social distance. Social distance means from people that are not in the same house hold. People in that building need to be educated. I should not be told that I need to social distance from my own child that does not make any sense to me.
