Online request is seamless and easy to do. They called up the following day to confirm...as I reached to them on a Saturday and the issue was not really that urgent. Kris the plumbing technician was on-site at exactly 9am come Monday. Situation was assessed right away and work done in about 2.5 hours. We had a clogged kitchen drain and with a double sink piping needing to be replaced. Kris was very knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. I am happy with the work done and quality of service. Pricing i think is competitive and at par with other providers. Highly recommended.

I was very impressioned with Mr Rooter, from my initial contact with Richard on the phone. The response was very quick. I loved that I received a text providing plumber's name & full colour photo for identification. In fact, Nick arrived almost 1 hr earlier. He arrived wearing face mask, gloves and indoor slippers. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, clean, meticulous and very thorough. During the entire visit, he was friendly, very kind and patient. I had to provide translation remotely by phone, as my 94-yr old mom is extremely hard of hearing and has very limited English. Nick assessed the situation, explained the problem thoroughly and provided photos. He unclogged the one toilet (removed a brush which was the main issue.) The second toilet (original blue porcelain, circa 1967) was removed and a new American Standard Cadet Pro was installed. Mom was absolutely thrilled to have 2 working toilets! I will definitely be recommending Mr Rooter to my family & friends. Thank you!
I had a burst pipe and reached out to Mr. Rooter because of the positive reviews. Matt arrived very promptly after my call and was extremely professional and helpful. He was clean, courteous and efficient. I'll definitely call on Mr. Rooter for my next plumbing issue or upgrade.
I called Mr. Rooter to do a plumbing check in my house and advise me on any improvements I needed to make. They sent Matthew Newman to do the check. He was patient, thorough and courteous. He listed things that needed replacement and/or repair and he ranked them according to their priority level (high priority to low priority) and explained his recommendations. He completed his work on schedule and in a professional manner. I was happy with the service and will definitely recommend Matthew Newman and Mr. Rooter for any needed plumbing work.
