they told me i had and std when i didn't. went there for a abortion, ended up not going through with it there because they made me uncomfortable. all i had done was the consult ( urine test, very rushed talk with counselor and ultrasound) when i left they refused to refund me the 60. the website did not say the payment was necessary and i did not access their services. 3 days later i get a call from them that i had tested positive for chlamydia. I freaked out and went to peel public health clinic where i asked for another test. one was done and it came back completely clear. the lack of professionalism is disgusting. it makes me wonder if they mixed my sample with someone who visited that day who did inf act have a std and now is unaware and think they tested negative. ladies, please please do not go here. i ended up having the surgery preformed at bloor west village women clinic and recommend them a million times over. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Went there for an IUD on Dec 19th and the staff were super friendly and attentive, they answered all of my questions and made me feel super comfortable. The nurse who was with me during the process held my hand, talked to me and helped me relax. Also, I got a very sweet doctor and she was great, the insertion was super quick and aside from a little pressure, it didn’t hurt at all (this was my first time getting an IUD). They also did the ultrasound on the spot to check that it was in place. I was in and out in less than an hour. The only thing is that they attend people very quickly, so you don’t really get to know or talk to the doctor properly, which would be useful for future consults. Other than that, I had a very good experience.

IUD insertion done today - Great experience, no wait time, professional staff. Clean facility, Good covid precautions - hand sanitizers and masks available. Dr. Moore is a very nice lady, smiling, gentle, apologized many times when I felt the discomfort during insertion, spent time answering all questions, talked about the process through out. Quick and painless. Slightly uncomfortable but tolerable. I was specially impressed by how the nurse checked many times with USG before and after the procedure. Didn't rush me out the door at all. Amazing experience. Paid 20 block fee. Parking is paid.

I came here to remove and replace my expiring IUD (I came here three years ago and left a review then as well, it was an excellent experience). This time however I was not impressed, and I will not be back. I didn't think it was sanitary enough, everything was cold, and all the nurses were regularly complaining they wanted their lunch. (It's fine to be hungry, I get it, but vocalising those complaints frequently within earshot of someone terrified in stirrups is really not reassuring). I didn't receive local anesthesia like I did last time because it would take too much time, even though I did ask for it, so the pain for me was almost intolerable. It was brutally quick, they didn't even let me look at my ultrasound before ushering me out. The doctor was significantly less nice this time around, I will not be back here for my next one. The procedure took 5 mins, I was waiting there for nearly 2 hours despite booking a timing. There was also no social distancing. Can't believe this place is allowed to operate.

i went in for an iud insertion and the staff were so friendly, polite and professional! the procedure itself was quick and they walked me through it while also distracting me. i had a great experience here!
