bought wireless headphones and tried them on when i got home but they didn't connect to my phone. next time i went to miniso i tried returning but they refused. even the manager walked away when i kept asking him to please return my headphones because they are defective. keep in mind I live 1 hour away from square one so I spent time going back to that specific store only to be turned down by poor customer service. waste of 15.

Muji meets Aliexpress. It's a fun, clean, and well organized store that has some unique Asian based items at good prices. Lots of little interesting stocking stuffer options. Everything from beauty items to Asian snacks. Helpful staff was able to answer my questions. Not crowded during the Wed night that I was here.
You will find a lot of cool stuff at an affordable price. I bought a nice towel, water bottle and case for my phone.
Slightly smaller than other Miniso's but it's well stocked with a good variety of items. Their staff replenish the stock often so I tend to visit regularly to see if anything new and interesting is on the shelves. I've bought a few of the USB cables for Android and iPhone and they work perfectly. There are some items that you cannot exchange or return so ask if that is a concern.
Nice cheap stuff and happy staff there to help you. They have variety of things whether it's for storage or music or pens or for the bathroom.
Humidifier!!!!!!!! I purchased a humidifier from MINSO store at square one, when I try it at home i found it a fake humidifier!!!! It just gives a thin line of vapour !!! I back to the store to return .... they refused to return it to me because it is not defective, the cashier said that the humidifier works very well so they can't return it !!!!! I left the device at the store without getting my money back !!!
If I could I would give NO STARS!!!!! Visited store today, staff did NOT promote my purchase with bag offer. After when I remembered, they refused to refund my purchase and then add the “bag” to it. Stating “they are a final sale store”..... okay I get it! BUT the staff did not do their job, they messed up and forgot, so they turn it around and made it my fault! Give me a break, not impressed and would not recommend that location. Staff is not professional and do not implement the same quality of work ethic as the Erin Mills location.
