From start until finish It took approximately 4 weeks to have a SIG P320 warranty \Upgrade\ Service. The work on the firearm was excellent and they even ship a work receipt telling you what is done on the firearm. If there is one negative as far as not getting 5 stars it is not emailing on a timely manner. If you have a pre \upgrade\ SIG P320 send it in it is free and the work is top notch.

I went there today to purchase a 5.11 Rush 24 BP. One reviewer is correct, their entrance is \ in the back \ facing the highway 403 if you are entering from the street. So just remember to drive all the way to the back. I was caught off guard to the size and variety of their products for a retail store. It is stellar. The staff was courteous and helpful. I was looking for a Rush 24 in Sandstone and the staff member went to the back for a minute and he came back with all the colours for me to look at and choose from, which was very much appreciated. A experience for me all the way. They even offer discounts to LE and Military if I remember correctly.
Worst service ever. I get that covid has halted some things but to not respond to emails or phones is atrocious. My sig m17 has been with them since March. the only info I have is that they are waiting for parts I have called each warranty line as well as the personal line. Emailed an individual no response. I will never deal with them again.
Awesome customer service and quick repair! Had a warranty repair that needed to be done on my Sig x5. I called them, he gave me easy directions how to send it to them and it came back within two weeks repaired! Thank you MDC also for the awesome freebies in the box! It was a great surprise! Highly recommend this company.
Worst service ive ever seen ! Well NO SERVICE AT ALL! They are supposed to take care of the warranty claims of Sig Saeur here in Canada and aftet severals attemps to reech them for a probleme with a pistol ...still nothing ! The last time they had a warranty claim on a pistol it took 11 months to get the gun back ! NEVER EVER AGAIN im gona buy a Sig just because of them ! Dont even attemp to reech them by e-mail you gona loose you time .
