Extremely poor service. No manners at all. Poor hygiene. Wearing no gloves and sliding the ice cream to the cups and no handling manners. Don’t know how to work. This person definitely needs more training Your reply to my review is 100% false. It’s a big lie. I was not only wearing a mask but actually N95 mask. That’s the reason I hated the pandemic protocol followed at your ice cream place. You are making up lies to hide your incompetence, unhygienic manners and poor customer service.

I ordered a slab cake online a WEEK before my dad's birthday to ensure we have a cake for him. My brother went in to pick it up on the indicated pick up time and they questioned it. There was no cake and they said there was no order. I had the email to prove that there was an order and they told us to come back an hour later so they can make one last minute. After my brother left, they called him and told him that the flavor we requested was not available. They told us to pick another flavor. Fine. We did. We had no other choice now since my dad was on his way home. My brother had to pay FULL PRICE for a late cake that was rushed and not even the cake we asked for! The picture attached was the cake when it got home from a short ride. The only reason I was willing to pay more was for the COFFEE flavor. If I had known this is how the cake was going to turn out, I would have just settled for a Dairy Queen out of the freezer cake. Although the flavor was good, I served the cake with a spoon.

Marble slab produces exceptional ice cream. Unfortunately, this particular location has only ever served runny ice cream. The first two times I bought from this location, I thought they had just made the ice cream, but the third and fourth time, I have to assume there's something wrong with their reach-in freezer. Another thing to note is they're stingy with the mix-ins even if you ask for extra. I don't go to this location that often anymore because of this. The Milton location is a pretty good alternative, especially if you have an SPC. Edit: I've reduced my rating because your response is an attempt to minimize my criticism. I would strongly recommend you go to the Milton or Oshawa Marble Slab locations to see how different the experience is compared to this store. You will find non-runny ice cream (regardless of the type) and mix-ins galore. I will continue to purchase ice cream from this location periodically and will update my review if needed.

Thank you for great service always! Got a couple of tubs and cones to take home. Always my fav ice cream can't get the flavors I make up in a grocery store haha
