I've had good experiences with the firm overall. They're generally responsive and happy to answer any questions I may have. Our taxes were done by Bijoy Alex, who has been quite knowledgeable and responsive. He worked a tight deadline to get it done on time and left me a satisfied customer. Their payment system is a bit cumbersome and it would help to streamline it.

I strongly recommend Madan Chartered Accountant for any kind of tax preparation. In my case, Mukul Singh did a great job filing for my Canadian taxes and helping me with any questions I had. Mukul was very professional , knowledgeable and responsive. I really appreciate his efforts to prepare my documents as soon as possible and filing my returns on time.

Bhavin Patel help me and guide me for the Canadian Tax return for the COVID benefit eligibility criteria and how to resolve the payment I have made back to CRA for the CERB benefit which I was not eligible for when I have applied. I made request to CRA and they recognize that. Thank you Bhavin for your very helpful advice! See you soon with my tax information. Downside is that no one in office picked up the call at first time. Need to improve your service on administrative side. You may missed out the potential client, as per my current business experience. Just recommendation!
