We had an issue with our light switches, and also needed an electrician to diagnose an issue with our home. We needed someone right away (on a Sunday!!) as we didn't have electricity in parts of our home. Ali came within the hour, was so incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. His pricing is very fair, and I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders when he was done! I've saved his number in my phone, as he is the only electrician I would consider using in the future. I called several other electrical companies all quoting me from 250 - 700 to diagnose and fix the problem. Since I live in Scarborough, Ali said he does not serve this area. Instead, he asked me to take a picture of the braker to see if he can help. I did this and he immediately called back, guided me with the braker switches and stayed on the phone while I checked if electricity was restored. It worked! This is an honourable man who could have hung up the phone because he does not service this area and would not be paid for his time. Instead, he helped because he did not see me as a dollar bill, but as person who needed help. Thank you Ali!!!!! I hope with the money I saved, you gain in other ways for your integrity!
