From the moment I walked in I noticed how beautiful and clean the clinic is. The staff was very kind upon arrival and the environment was very relaxing. Michelle took care of my laser hair removal and it was my first time. I was so nervous but she reassured me the safety of the procedure and how successful the end results will be after my sessions. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind throughout the process. I highly recommend Michelle because she made my experience memorable and enjoyable️

I had such an amazing experience. From the second I walked in the door. The ladies were warm, very affable and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend all of my friends and family to visit Light Touch Med Spa!!!!
They made an error in booking (2nd time) and i was not able to have my full laser session. Although The technician was very nice about it, and gave me a few minutes to touch up some areas I wanted done. But it was not a full session. So I’m not sure if I’m docked one or not. I bought 6 sessions. Sally is off and may retire totally. She was a great asset to them and i hope she returns.
Had a great experience on my visit to Light Touch. The receptionist was awesome truly awesome. Then introduced to the injector Judy. She was very personable she explained everything in detail answered all my questions and did a great job. Thank you to you both for the great service and experience see you soon!!!
After finding out that Kim and Nadia took advantage of me, my disability and scammed me. They scammed me for 130 extra, saying the injection would “last” but it expired in 2 weeks time. Thanks to the injector J there who helped me so much and I got a message from her that she’s leaving the clinic because she found out her own colleagues taking advantage of people too so don’t go to LightTouch Med Spa Mississauga or any of their locations. It’s been almost 3 weeks and they still haven’t reach out to me to apologize, shows that they don’t value in their clients.
