Historically, I have not been an active individual. I have been participating in the physical conditioning program for 8 months and have experienced several changes in my health. I have noticed a marked improvement with my ROM, stamina, strength and over all well being. During the time at the clinic I have had three kinesiologists. All of them have been excellent with different styles. They have helped me tremendously in achieving the success I have had. They have been very professional and respectful in challenging me to do more every session. I am very disappointed this location is no longer offering this service. The only negative comment would make would be regarding the front office. While everyone was pleasant they never seemed to have enough parking tickets and never had petty cash.
Each visit is greeted by friendly professional staff members. I had the opportunity of working with both physiotherapists who I found to be very competent and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Special thanks to PT Michael who because of his keen observation and assessment skills a diagnosis was able to be made and my journey to recovery possible. Thanks again to all the staff!
I am really grateful to my trainer Daniel for modifying all the exercises that suits me the best. I am really impressed by the good service of the clinic on the whole and also to my previous trainers Ahmad & Peter.
The staff is very friendly professional & polite. The CDE Trainer, Daniel, makes sure your workouts are always well with you limit when you have an injury and pushes you to get your personal best all the time. He is an outstanding individual you are lucky if you have him as your trainer. Dr. Kellerman really cares for your well being and challenges you to get well at your own pace.
