The BEST auto service!!!!! I have been taking my Volvo’s to JNS for the last 6 years. My first time using them I had a 2002 V40 wagon. The Volvo dealership told me the head gasket was leaking and would need a 3000 to 4000 repair . Someone recommended I try JNS and I was so glad I did. There was nothing wrong with the head gasket. It was something else entirely. JNS performed the repairs and fixed up some annoying issues like the hatch lock and a few other things for a fraction of what the dealership would charge. They do great work too! My V40 was in good hands. My S60 T6 goes there regularly too. They are very good at diagnosing issues and fixing them. My baby is in great hands. Their customer service is amazing!!! I had a situation in the winter where I had spilled liquid in my gear box which then froze so I couldn’t drive my car. I also was very sick and wasn’t able to leave the house. JNS arranged for a tow to their garage. They fixed the issue and cleaned up my car inside. When the car was ready I was still too ill to go pick up the car so JNS delivered my car back home to me. The team at JNS could write the book on customer service. My Volvo’s are always in great hands at JNS. I HIGHLY recommend JNS.

JNS are very good mechanics, over the years dealing with them they have been very good and honest I recommend them to anyone who have a mechanical problem with their vehicle
Not happy with the service here because they took a long time to diagnose the problem, and they did not communicate exactly what was wrong in a way that I could understand. They have too many broken down cars parked on their property also. The price for the work was identical to what the dealership quoted me, and the Volvo dealership provides lifetime warranty on parts and labour. It is important for me to have good and easy communication with my mechanic, so I will not return. Also no shuttle service provided.
You can not go wrong by bringing your Volvo to Sid at JNS. He knows them inside and out and provides the most professional experience possible. As a former Volvo employee I feel Sid is one of the only people I let touch my car based on his knowledge and touch with these finicky swedish machines. A trip to JNS is a trip well taken.
