I sent in my snow blower in this morning. Jim is good manner and friendly. Regardless of what the repair will be, I'm happy to meet people like Jim. He was a pleasure to work with. he was honest and included the diagnosis. Regardless, I told him for a tune up, which was reasonable price compared to the competitors, who if you read their reviews, had poor manners. Even if it costs a few more dollars its worth my time to have a relationship with Jim and his good manners than to try to save a few bucks which may end up costing me more later on...

Fantastic service. I brought my snowblower in and got it back in one day. Jim was friendly and took the time to explain the issue and give valuable advice. He didn’t try and sell me some unnecessary repairs, but fixed it quickly and properly. I’ve finally found a repair shop I can trust.

Excellent 1 day turnaround on Spring service to my Toro lawnmower. Price very reasonable. Pleasant and receptive. Discovered this business after feeling ignored by well known tool and repair business that I've dealt with for past 6-7 years. Jim's is a small business that deserves support.

Highly recommend. My snowblower was not starting so I called a technician to diagnose the issue. After spending hours, the technician did not find the problem. Called other repair shops but was told that the snowblower was junk and could not be repaired. Mind you, the snowblower was at most 3-4 years old and not cheap. Took the snowblower to Jim's shop and he said that he would take a look at it and I could get it as early as the next day. True to his word, Jim called the next morning informing me that the snowblower was fixed and ready to be picked up. He broke down exactly what he did to fix the issue as well as offer advice on proper maintenance of the equipment. He is knowledgeable, honest and charges a fair price for his work. I would highly recommend giving him a shot.
