They almost put me out of business. They fulfilled for me for 1 1/2 years and their prices increased every few months. I used both of their warehouses to fulfill from Toronto and Vancouver expecting to save money on shipping, as per their suggestion, and the shipping price stayed the same. It ended up costing me more money when they would transfer inventory back and forth from the warehouses. My avg shipping cost with pick and pack and storage gradually increased by 12 per order after 6 months, and I was stuck with them because I had 300,000 worth of inventory sitting in their warehouse. Eventually my margin was almost gone because of their increasing prices. If you're in e-commerce and you're looking for a Canadian logistics partner, do not use this company. Look elsewhere.
