The guys working in the back always have a great attitude and are very helpful and willing to help. When I was making deliveries there, they made sure to point out the water cooler on those sweltering days in the summer. Always a pleasant visit here...
Called about an MT prop for overhaul, they were unsure if they could fix it so they asked for pictures. I travelled all the way to the airport to take pictures and sent them in before they closed. I called the rep and he said they had received them and that the shop would look at them ASAP and that they would call back the next day. I waited all day and got no call so I called them. The rep told me that they hadn't looked at it and to call him yet again the next day at 10. I called and was informed that the specific rep had the day off so I asked if they had looked at my propeller and was told no. After three days I had enough and took my prop to a service center within driving distance and had a new prop on my airplane the same day. Unless you have a large fleet or a high dollar propeller to overhaul they seem to toss aside small private customers and treat you as low priority, That's no way to do business.
