My boyfriend and I both needed the handles on our suitcases repaired. Mine had some additional unrepairable damage and they offered me a replacement piece, which I was not expecting. We were greeted by Sonal and she handled our concerns with utmost professionalism. We were beyond impressed with the level of customer care and service she offered. We absolutely love our Heys suitcases and will continue to be loyal to the brand.

I'm in Toronto with a broken handle on my suitcase looking to buy another. Google directs me to the offices of Heys, the manufacturer of my luggage! Once inside I realize it's not retail but they offer to repair!! Amazing customer service!! I would totally purchase their product again!!

The purpose of this review is to extend my appreciation for the customer service I received from Ron - Heys Support - a few days ago while I sought to purchase the xSleeve to carry my laptop (go online to check them out!). Ron's customer service exceeded my expectations. First, I was surprised to receive a response to my initial E-mailed inquiry the next morning, and the fact that Ron took the time within said E-mail to explain the stock levels for the colour I was seeking, as well as explained the availability for other colours are examples of authentically assisting one's client as a means of meeting their needs. For the reason that I own a set of Heys luggage with an eclectic design; a Toronto Raptors Heys carry-on luggage to carry the items I require for class to instruct my learners; and now my recent purchase of the xSleeve, I would have no hesitation to recommend this brand. Their product is sturdy and heyyy! ;) It looks great, too! Thank you, Ron and Heys International Ltd.!

I have purchased three \Kids Travel Tots\ pieces of luggage, the Owl, the Elephant and now ..my most recent purchase, the Lady Bug! I JUST WANTED TO GIVE EVERYONE A QUICK UPDATE ON MY CRACKED LUGGAGE . IN THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS HEYS STAFF APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES CAUSED. AND OFFERED 50% OFF TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A NEW LUGGAGE. IF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE WAS AT 50% OFF, I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM ACCEPTING THIS DISCOUNT, HOWEVER IT WASN’T AND THE LUGGAGE WERE PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE. THEREFORE, IT IS CLEAR TO ME, HEYS DOESN’T HAVE A 5 YEAR WARRANTY ON THEIR PRODUCTS. IF YOUR HARD SHELL CRACKS LIKE MINE HEYS WILL NOT REPLACE OR REPAIR. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY HEYS WONT DO THE RIGHT THING AND REPLACE OR FIX MY LUGGAGE. I DON’T THINK IM ASKING FOR ANY THING I DON’T DESERVE HEYS INTERNATIONAL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF BOTH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENTS
