I called in to inquire about an item if they had stock, Unfortunately they did not have a new one in stock but Bastien was kind enough to let me know that he will ask about the item that is on display to see if he is able to get that for me. He took my name and number and within the hr he gave me a call back advising that he is able to get the demo for sale. Saved me the time and trouble of calling around other locations looking for the item. 10/10 service.

We visited this store a few days ago. We had to wait in a que for admittance. One of their employee was asking questions pertinent to Corona Virus prevention steps and our phone numbers, in case they have to locate some one as per government efforts to contain the spread of the virus (contact tracing). Once the clerk was satisfied we were allowed to go inside the store. At any particular time, only 5 customers were allowed to go inside. We are very happy with their safety efforts and excellent service. We were interested in knowing more about latest Canon gear. Mr. Lorimer was very knowledgeable and he showed us Canon R camera, lenses and accessories. He was very courteous and showed all the products and answered our questions in depth. They are running a promotion \ 0% Financing Available \ which is quite lucrative. This is a very good store and full of inventory for any and every thing for photography. Staff is very knowledgeable.
Got excellent service. The environment was pleasant to browse and no pressure sales. I was able to negotiate a good price very happy with my purchase. I'd go there again.
I came here looking to buy a Canon M50, an employee name Rhys helped me with what I needed. Everything from the camera to camera accessory. He also even gave me some camera knowledge/tips that I should know. I'm glad I came here to buy my camera. Thanks again Rhys!
Stopped by to grab a case for my camera and left with multiple SD cards, a sturdy case, and answered questions about recording. I was helped by someone with really cool tattoos and a Slipknot hat, in which they were very helpful and honest. I didn't catch your name card but thank you!
