Very cooperative, detailed and systematic way of dealing. I was impressed with the quality of the orthotics. The biggest plus point- The response time, be it emails or phone calls is fabulous. Everyone sells a product, but only a few know what customer service is- and these people surely know how to provide great service

This is the place i recommend to go. I fell in ice and i had terrible knee pain. Doctor gave me only medicine and nothing else. I was on meds almost 2-3 weeks but didnt work. I got referred by my friend to Nik who is excellent physiotherapist. He worked on my knee once and booooom!!! My knee pain was 90%gone. He gave me some exercises to do at home as well. I travelled from burlington to see this guy as my friend strongly recommended and I gave it a try. I am glad that i listened to my friend and now i can do stairs and run normally. Thank you so much for your help!

Great and fast service. First of, the receptionists are fantastic! I booked an appointment via online and they got back to me on the day of to confirm the timing. My first visit was with Vitali for an acupuncture sessions. He was very informative and eased my anxiety with the needles as this was my first time with acupuncture. Throughout the session, he had soothing music on and I fell asleep; it was so relaxing! Today I had a session with the PT Nikunj, great job with the exercises and how much I could tolerate as I have tremendous back pain. There was some laser and another treatment did. He too was very kind, explained everything in lament terms. The fact that this place is accessible, in a quiet area, and has direct billing, made me rate them as 5 stars. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable; bookings are fast; and service is great! I’m very happy with my treatment and highly recommend this clinic!

I have been receiving treatments here for an injury acquired at work back in May. All the staff here are helpful and knowledgeable from reception to therapist. Nick has helped me progress in my injuries and through various treatments and exercise progressions. If something wasn't working or my injury was not progressing Nick would always consider what else we could do and how we could change the treatment to get better results. My injury was a claim through WSIB and the clinic does direct billing, which is very convenient for me. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Excellent care! My problem was dealt with in several visits and feeling great now. They have state of the art equipment such as laser for deep muscle heating and EMS for electrical muscle stimulation.

Physiotherapy covered by OHIP with referral from your Doctor for many conditions if you qualify. I have been treated promptly, well, and received some excellent new physio excerises that I hope will alleviate my condition in the long term. My pain is down to more manageable levels after only 3 sessions and I am hopeful it will be gone soon. Get here if you can.
