Really good service and fresh products. I can really get most of what I need from their catalog. Good selection of organic products. One think I like about this company is their delivery people. They seem to really care. Their customer service is very responsive.

Ive placed two orders with them so far and its been a breeze. No quality issues, no service issues. I called customer service to see if a delivery time can be changed and they changed it just like that, in a two minute phone call. After making an order, you get to choose exactly when it will arrive at your house using an organized calendar. Ill definitely be ordering here from now on.

Great service! This is my first time using online grocery shopping platform. No complaints here. I ordered on Friday afternoon for a free delivery Monday between 8:30 to 3 PM and it got to me around 1 PM on Monday. Everything looks fresh and nothing close to expiry. Products were handle well. The delivery man was very friendly. Only thing I would like to point out is that the perishable goods were not that cold when it got to me, so I am not entirely sure how long it has been sitting in the truck?

I used the grocery delivery, but the delivery guy tried to check my government issued ID without no reason, my debit card was same with their web site, but he suspected it was charged like the credit card, nobody doesn't know debit card could be used like credit card. And I am also US person, so my card was new, and there was no name. But he didn't ask about the card holder name, because I had other cards from US, and the cards had my name. But he just requested my ID showing, and I never have had experiences like that, so I asked their customer service, their customer service worker said she is also resident on US, and every US store requires ID showing when they pay something every time. And she said the worker was new in this country, but that was not true, his English was perfect like he reported my name was not on the card? And they also focused just on my country with my name, and never apologized and just that was right rules from their web site. They said every thing was right way to keep from Card fraud, but there were right address, my name , my phone call number, and same card number. So he didn't ask in right way to ask my card holder name on my card, and just he bothered me to require my ID. And they never asked about the name on card, but they just answered my name was not on the card. like to threaten set me up. And the attitude what to mention she was living US was really stupid thing, I didn't focused which I am US person, but she mentioned she was living US, and US stores always require ID when people buy something (absolutely that is lying, even they don't request even when they buy 13 thousand dollars items, even also by grocery delivery man, that is so dangerous to keep Identity) And that was so idiot to feel jealousy about the customer's country, and also I just guess she is not US person ,just living or even not living(also that could be lying) They should answer in right way to apologize well.
