I contacted Drew about getting my boyfriends Kobe Bryant jersey framed as a Christmas present and I couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. When my boyfriend unwrapped it he thought I bought the framed jersey at a collectibles sports store. I had to tell him it was his jersey in there and I got it custom framed for him, he was so surprised of how pristine it looked. Drew himself is very professional and his work is top notch. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to get a keepsake framed.

From the initial contact with Drew, I was able to get clear and precise explanations and examples on exactly how I wanted my frame to look like. He knows what the customer wants and makes sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Even during the COVID-19 times, he made it possible to meet up with safety in place and work on my jersey frame. The final product is absolutely phenomenal and exactly how I wanted it to look. I am beyond happy with the work Framed By Design Ltd does. Got a Johnny Bower jersey framed and it turned out amazing! Very quick turnaround and Drew was great to work with to get it laid out how I wanted and flexible around pickup/dropoff options too. Will definitely use him again.

I first emailed Drew back in October inquiring about having a frame made for my fiancé as a surprise for Christmas. After looking at his designs on his website, I knew I was going to get the worked I was looking for. Drew was quickly to respond and always professional. He’s very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. He was able to explain the process to me over email, as well as, answer any questions that I had about different options for the frame. We were able to easily coordinate a location to meet so I can give him the jersey and the frame was made within a week! When I received the email from him with a picture of the frame, I was even more excited because it was beautiful! Such great craftsmanship, you can definitely tell he loves what he does and takes great pride in his work. Toronto and Peel was recently put on lockdown, but we were still able to arrange another meeting to pick up the frame. I had my brother meet with him as my fiancé came home from work early (had no way of sneaking out without him being curious about it). Drew was more than happy to meet with my brother and the frame got home safely. I highly, highly recommend Drew! I knew I’ll be coming to him for more service when the time comes! Thank you for making a beautiful frame for my fiancé’s prized possession! The jersey itself means so much to him and now it will mean even more.

Framed By Design assembled 3 professional uniforms I had from my basketball career. They did a Phenomenal job framing them and I was very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality. Andrew's work is worth it and handled things very professionally from start to finish.
