Phenomenal. There is a workout for everyone from prenatal to with baby to solo to family workouts... outside, indoors, online - my favourite place to get fit!

I started going to Fitness by the Lake when I was pregnant with my son. I found the prenatal fitness classes so helpful and being surrounded by other pregnant women was a nice experience. We not only worked out together but chatted too. Plus, you cant beat the instructors. They are so kind, knowledgeable and funny. And the studio is a nice and clean space! So my son is now 19 months old.. and I am STILL going to the studio! He loves it just as much as I do. There are even toys there for him to play with which makes it super easy on me.

I started by taking prenatal fitness classes, and am now taking various Mom and Baby classes, and I can't recommend them enough! The classes are extremely well run, fun and challenging. The flexibility that the owner offers is perfect for a new mom, and the passes offer amazing value. If you are looking to stay in shape while you're pregnant, or connect with new mothers when you have a baby, definitely check out Fitness by the Lake.

I'm taking the prenatal classes at Fitness by the Lake! The Yoga is my favourite. It's been so inspiring to see women who are 35 weeks doing yoga and heck, doing the moves better than I can at times! It's really helped me become more flexible, and understand what I can and can't do with regards to pregnancy exercise. Same with the fitness class - but I prefer the slower pace of yoga over fitness/cardio... Honestly, this class is empowering. If you're pregnant and past 12 weeks, you should join! Highly recommended. They also have stroller fit classes outside in the spring/summer and they are great and really kick your butt!

I really enjoy coming here to work out with my baby! I've tried the fit and tone, HIIT boot camp, core fit, and yoga classes and I loved all of them. Deb is really great with modifying the workouts to meet your needs - whether you want to incorporate baby or increase intensity. I'm so glad I found this place. As a first time mom I've been searching for things to do with my baby and this was perfect! I highly recommend Fitness by the Lake to all moms.
