I would post less than 1 star if I could. First of all Dr Chan left her office almost a year ago, without notice and a return date that has long come and gone. Leaving her patients hanging in the air. Her eplacement\ Dr Yip is a man without compassion, heart or understanding. He has no listening skills at all, and likes to tell you how he thinks you are feeling rather than how you really feel. My Mother left feeling worse than she has ever felt. He did not offer her any advice because he did not listen to her concerns at all, but rather dismissed most of them. My mother has been to many doctors and specialist, but I have yet to come across one like Dr Yip. He is rude and has a very specific arrogance about him, that I do not understand why Dr. Chan would pick him to look after her practise ( if she did ). STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.

God used her to operate on my mother. She was nice, professional and reassuring. Everyone from the doctor to the receptionist were all so kind. Thank God for them!
My mom was referred to see her and she seemed very nice. However, she internally scratched my mom's throat very bad causing her a sever inflammation. My mom's family doctor said that a numbing medicine should have been used to perform the exam. Because she didn't use anything, my mom was choking a lot and this was the reason for the scratching. Right now my mom is in so much pain taking a strong anti-inflammatory. This doctor should have known better. I called next day and left a message with the secretary because she wasn't in. The following day a got a call from the secretary again to check on my mom's conditions which are almost the same. I asked if the doctor wasn't in and she was but she doesn't talk to her patients. She uses her secretary to be the messenger. This is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
A really kind and knowledgeable doctor. Went to her for a sinus cavity to which she suggested an operation. I was apprehensive at first, but she reassured me it would be ok. She stayed true to her word, made my surgery a breeze. One of the nurses there for my recovery also spoke highly of her abilities as she had operated on her too. Dr Chan is amazing.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent care. Would highly recommend.
