I am sure the owner would deny by saying \I don't remember this customer \ That's the easiest thing to do, because Google reviews can not be deleted. So it's a smart tactic to deny negative reviews. But I would still post this review may be it will help someone. These people have no knowledge of even taking a simple 51*51 passport photo. Please save your time and effort and visit a better place for your passport picture. I don't care if you are clicking pictures from past 20 years. But the current service provide was very bad . Waste of time and effort. Wish google had negative review system.

Don't go here for passport photos atleast We trusted the guy there to give us the correct specifications of the photos we wanted and firstly he wasn't even sure how the photos needs to be and secondly he gave us the wrong specification even after claiming that he knows what he is doing We had to go redo pictures at another place
One of the worst service I have ever experienced in Canada, the old chap and his son don't know how to speak and treat customer. I came here to print a picture of 5X7 size and asked them print the same on photo paper and eventually they runied the quality. They did not even bother to check the print quality. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I know the owner he is friendly i always i come to do some Refill the inak for printer but he's son working there he doesn't Understand how deal with customer and He speaking doesn't have Respect the client my advice to he is owner to take care about the business because Bussines cannot Run with out customer
