As a first time car buyer, I really did not know much about cars or even what I wanted. I was extremely nervous and stressed going into the dealership, but I was lucky to have met Gary, who made my experience a good one. Gary was so kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. He took time to thoroughly explain everything, made sure I understood, and was very patient answering ALL my questions. One has to really appreciate and respect Gary's knowledge of cars, and overall customer service skills. The level of professionalism and great service I received was beyond all my expectations. Most importantly, I was very impressed with Direct Nissan's Covid-19 protocols. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

I just went for my second scheduled maintenance and I was very pleased with the service provided. The appointment was easy to book online. Krystle, their customer service rep went above and beyond in helping me choose a set of winter tires that was within my budget and expectations. There was no pressure and everything was explained thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place for service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We recently purchased a Qashqai from Direct Nissan, and the whole process was as seamless and helpful as it could have been. We initially went in for a test drive of another model, and Dean worked with us to get to know other models and test drive them the same day. He also sat with us to work out pricing and details, and definitely worked for our best interest. He was amazingly patient and provided us everything we needed in terms of information and support, and didn't pitch us anything we didn't want. We also worked with John on the financing side who thoroughly explained our options, payment process, and additional coverage details. The whole team at Direct Nissan was helpful and friendly.
