Do not use unless you live in a house or are having a small item delivered. The ONLY delivery services that will not deliver large items to your door and provides zero assistance on how to get these items to your door because I live in a low rise building that doesn't have a concierge. They are also not communicating this to the companies they deliver for, like Wal-Mart, Home Depot etc. I will ensure everyone I order from is aware and knows not to use this company.

First of all our delivery was a day late. My husband and I are disabled. We both suffer from fibromayalgia (chronic pain daily) and my husband has Osteoarthritis as well. The courier made my husband come down to the lobby to pick up our packages. My husband asked the courier for help and was refused. The courier said it was not part of their policy. A very unhelpful unprofessional delivery service. People need to stop supporting companies that hire such horrible delivery companies. I am not ordering from Walmart again unless they change their delivery service.
Horrible service. I gave my home telephone number, in regards to calling before the delivery. However, for whatever reason they ended up calling my cell-phone. The call was missed. Not that big on issue for me. The main issue I have with this company, is their lack of respect for other people. While I was at work, my disabled father was at home waiting for a TV that his hard earned Aeroplan points had earned him. It was quite large and his body is half paralyzed, therefore he cannot, in anyway, pick up anything heavy. Because of this, the delivery a-holes, started yelling and abusing my father. They told him how they are not allowed to go inside the house, and refused to bring the TV inside (which by the way, was literally two footsteps away from the door). Don't like your job? Hate your life? Cool. Be miserable, I could not careless. But don't start treating other people like garbage. Lucky I was not home. I definitely would have put you low-lives in your place.
Made an appointment to receive my package on January 8, took a day off from work but it never came. I called and they said the appointment wasn’t confirmed even though I confirmed it week before. Their mic on the phone was very bad so when I told her to speak up a little she started yelling at me with an attitude. We set another delivery appointment for January 12. Never came again and another day of work gone. I called and they are supposed to come today but it’s 6pm and still no package. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had and I don’t understand why big companies such as Walmart give their business to a company so unreliable and unprofessional. The only thing we can do is give them bad rating since we can’t choose who the retailer will use for shipment. I just hope these companies see the ratings and decide to take their business to a company that is professional at least.
It's a freaking mystery to me how this company is in business...business of either not delivering on time or breaking things by the looks of all the horrid reviews online. Yet another absolute trash delivery as my vanity came on time but broken. Thanks for headache, time wasted and money lost...
