Every week they are calling me asking for someone else. I have been telling them that I don't even know the guy they are asking for for a year now but still they don't care and I'm getting multiple calls every week. If you are trying to find the person, atleast check the name the phone number is registered to.

I mean who likes collection calls but D&A Group services has to be one of THE WORST collection agencies out there. Here, I'll play them...let's give a person multiple calls a week and even when they answer let's put the call through to another agent who never picks up their phone so you'll leave a message which never gets a response back too. THIS HAS HAPPENED NO LESS THEN 20 TIMES!! If your going to call me about debt than answer your damn phones and sort it out or stop calling me!! Whatever business picks D&A for debt recovery, BAD CHOICE. Good luck!!
Synthia is the most annoying and incompetent agent to have!. Not I just paid my debt to the original lender 3 months ago! She is keeping on calling me to get my info verified and asking me to pay!! D & A , my lender contacted you 5 times and I have a proof. If your incompetent agent doesn't read the system notes and she keeps on calling me ; then I am going with my evidence to Social media and CP24.
If I could give 0 stars I would... Paid off a debt back in Dec 2020 and they waited 3 months to contact me and let me know I still owed a small amount so now I owe interest on it. Was also extremely rude when I said I couldnt pay today because I didnt have the funds, was under the impression it was paid off fully and it would be paid when it could because I am due to give birth in less than 2 weeks. NOT IMPRESSED!
I wish I could zero starts. Absolutely terrible. They never answer the phone no matter when you call them they send you straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional I don’t understand how anyone can work with a company like this.
I get a call from this number on a daily basis, they don't ever leave a voicemail, except for the ones that are dead air. Then they have the nerve to call my parents, how the hell did you even get their numbers, I tried to call the number back and it just rings and rings, no voicemail to leave a message of my own.
