We have used CSE as our IT office support for our public accounting firm for over a decade. They are so good that we take IT safety for granted! Their staff are approachable and friendly and they will answer questions for me on weekends and evenings whenever I have an issue. Their staff does not turn over often. We have had the same support person the whole time! This speaks to how well they treat their people as well as their customers! Happy employees means happy customers in my experience.

At the junction of Southdown Road and Royal Windsor Drive in Mississauga, tucked in among an assortment of other business properties and in a nondescript strip plaza, there is an oasis of technology expertise awaiting discovery. CSE (Computer Support Experts Inc.) is owned by Blake Heald, and if there is a more techno savvy person, I have yet to meet them. He is ably assisted by people like Jim Koschanow and Justin Passfield who brought so much honesty and creative tech ability to my recent computer problems.
