Had a great exprience with the clinic. It has one of the best staff who care for you. The counselling services is excellent. Due to the current COVID pandemic they are offering video therapy and I found it to be perfect and a convenience of having quality service from the comfort of my home.

I attended a therapy at COHM for one session. The customer service there is extremely unprofessional. I was told at the beginning that I would be charged 125, a 25 discount because I am a student. A month after the session, I received a call from them requesting that I etransfer them the balance (this was supposed to be direct billing by the way) since my insurance mistakenly deposited it to me. When I checked the claim for my insurance, it appears that my insurance was charged 150. COHM’s non-apology was that all students from your university usually receive “125 in compensation” and that “150 is the standard rate.” Then why tell me you are giving a 25 discount for the charge on the first place? It doesn’t even make sense. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. Telling me that I will be charged 125 is NOT THE SAME as assuming that students will get 125 in compensation with a 150 charge. Nor are they in the place to make assumptions about the coverage or compensation I might receive, since policies differ for individuals. It’s misleading, confusing and ended up being a really stressful and unnecessary back and forth with COHM staff. Completely unprofessional response from the staff throughout this whole interaction, and I will not be returning as a client anymore. Worst experience ever.

I like how professional they are but at the same time empathetic and great strategical way of dealing peoples problems. It really helped me overcome my fears and worries. Thank you for accommodating me at the last minute. I am glad I found this place because I have been to many psychotherapists but Centre of Healing Minds has helped me point out at my real problem. They convince you for appointment and grab credit card information saying they will charge once client get reimbursement from insurance and then charge falsely and wont keep their promise. Dr Amana mentioned manier times she wont charge until i get payment from insurance company. and now they are not picking up call.about charging. they charged 150 after so much convinving about they wont charge untill i get money back. so please dont go for appointment even if they convince you or dont provide creditcard details to them. They called me again and offer bribe of 50 for removing this review and now mispresenting the communication been done during appointment. I felt Canada is honest country and people can live with peace here but highly professional people playing game of blaming after finding their fault rather than accepting it. If you are right then why trying to refund 50 for removing honest Google and Facebook review. Professional doctors do this kind of fraud and without concent cut amount from creditcard is not appropriated at all. Please beware of these people before giving your creditcard details to them. And be sure about amount they charge.
