The worst company that I have ever dealt with. We paid 1200 for 5 years extended warranty. Yet it have been almost a month that every week one guy comes in to clean my newly installed air conditioning unit and says it will be fine in 3 hours. Yet it have been almost a month that nothing have changed where the degrees in the house is reaching to almost 32 degrees with no air conditioning. I would never recommend to buy any product that belongs to carrier as they have the worst customer service I have been calling for the past week and every time they forward me to a different phone number and nothing gets resolved always I end up calling the same guy that I bought the unit from where he keeps saying that he will send someone but the issue is not being resolved. His name is Asif khan that works in Lowe’s mississauga location. Terrible product and company

One of the worst supplier for furnaces and spare parts for the warranty. Our blower motor was blown out and we needed replacement. Even when the motor was covered under warranty all they did was place the order and never did anything to provide us service during the cold weather. They kept saying all they can do is WIAT for the motor to arrive from the USA. It got so bad that we had to go out and get our own motor and pay money out of our pocket because we couldn’t live with the cold in the house. Never go with the heating equipment from these guys.
